How do I order my prescription during the COVID 19 pandemic?

How do I order my prescription during the COVID 19 pandemic?

Ordering through the surgery

We are still accepting paper prescription requests at the surgery.  However we ask that you put these through our letterbox to avoid contact in the surgery.

We are NOT under any circumstances taking prescription requests over the phone. We kindly ask that you do NOT call the surgery to order prescriptions.

We are asking patients to allow us 2 days to process the prescription request and the chemist a further 2 days to generate the items.

Ordering online

We are currently not accepting applications for online access however, if you already have this facility enabled please keep using it to order medication.

If you wish you can download the NHS app to a smart phone or tablet to order medication. No input will be required from the practice you simply upload photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.
